Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Hiitify mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Hiitify is a personal interval training app that allows you to create, manage, and perform HIIT, Circuit, Tabata, AMRAP, and EMOM workouts. The App operates entirely offline — no account is required and no data is transmitted to external servers.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

Important: Hiitify is a workout timer and planning tool, not a medical device or service. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern.
• Calorie estimates provided by the App are approximations only and should not be relied upon for medical, dietary, or clinical purposes.
• You are solely responsible for exercising safely, within your own physical limits. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

We are not liable for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome arising from your use of the App or performance of any workout.

You may use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial fitness purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App or its content
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security or technical measures of the App

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Hiitify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

Workout plans and exercises you create within the App are yours. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you maintain full control over it at all times.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, personal injury, or any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the platform through which you downloaded it — the Apple App Store Terms of Service or the Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable. In the event of any conflict between those terms and these Terms, those platform terms will govern solely with respect to platform-specific matters.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
