Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Hiitify mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Hiitify is a personal interval training app that allows you to create, manage, and perform HIIT, Circuit, Tabata, AMRAP, and EMOM workouts. The App includes structured multi-day Challenges, workout history tracking, streak monitoring, and performance analytics. The App operates entirely offline — no account is required and no data is transmitted to external servers.

When a workout is in progress, the App may display a Live Activity on your iPhone's Lock Screen and Dynamic Island showing the workout name, format, and elapsed time.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

Important: Hiitify is a workout timer and planning tool, not a medical device or service. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern.
• Calorie estimates provided by the App are approximations only and should not be relied upon for medical, dietary, or clinical purposes.
• You are solely responsible for exercising safely, within your own physical limits. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

We are not liable for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome arising from your use of the App or performance of any workout.

Hiitify can be downloaded and used for free. Free users may complete up to 7 workout sessions. Once this limit is reached, a Hiitify Premium subscription or lifetime purchase is required to continue logging workouts. All other App features — browsing workouts, viewing exercises, managing Challenges, and reviewing past sessions — remain accessible on the free tier.

Hiitify Premium removes the session limit and unlocks unlimited workout logging for as long as the subscription is active (or permanently, for Lifetime Access holders).

Hiitify offers optional premium features ("Hiitify Premium") through two purchase options:

• Monthly Subscription — billed monthly. The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
• Lifetime Access — a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to all premium features with no recurring charges.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Pricing is displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Refunds.All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore Purchases.If you have previously purchased Hiitify Premium, you can restore your purchase at any time using the "Restore purchases" option in the App, provided you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Features included in Hiitify Premium may change over time. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features, but will not reduce the core functionality for existing Lifetime Access holders.

You may use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial fitness purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App or its content
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security or technical measures of the App

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Hiitify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

Workout plans and exercises you create within the App are yours. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you maintain full control over it at all times.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, personal injury, or any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Hiitify is currently available exclusively on iOS via the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between those terms and these Terms, the Apple terms will govern solely with respect to platform-specific matters.

The following terms apply as required by Apple for all licensed applications distributed via the App Store:

• License Grant. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-transferable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Maintenance & Support. We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any such services.
• Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
• Product Liability. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App or your use of it, including but not limited to: product liability claims; any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• Intellectual Property Claims.In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Legal Compliance.You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-Party Beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
